1. Return Policy

We operate under an "All Sales Are Final" policy. This means that once a purchase is made, it is considered final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than the following:

  1. Product Defects: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within [number of days, e.g., 7 days] of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and provide you with further instructions on returning the defective item for a replacement or refund.

  2. We will rectify the error promptly by either sending you the correct items or issuing a refund for the missing items.

  3. Shipping Damage: We take utmost care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if your order arrives with visible shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.

Please note the following important points:

  • Returns will only be accepted for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached (if applicable).
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our criteria or if the return is made without prior authorization.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where an error has been made by us.

2. Refund Processing Timeline

We aim to process all refunds within two weeks. The amount will be refunded back to the original card used for payment, and timelines for that depend on the payment processor.

All returns received in-store are inspected and processed the same day. Online order returns shipped to our warehouse will take a maximum of two weeks, but we aim to finish this quicker.

All customers will be shown their return status via email and order tracking on the store website.
